Amin is a lead hydraulic engineer, engineering quality manager, and researcher with more than fifteen years of experience across Iran and Oman.

His work connects flood hydrology, hydraulic modelling and design, rivers and wadis, road drainage, wet utilities, remote sensing, GIS, technical assurance, and the responsible use of AI in engineering workflows.
