Web App v2.9.2 BetaRoad + Watershed

A browser-based engineering workspace for road-drainage screening and independent watershed hydrology, hosted at a dedicated Hydroism subdomain.

01 · Browser workspaceMaps · Inputs · Review

Road and Watershed workflows run through one responsive public interface.

Protected service link
02 · Managed processingGIS · Hydrology · Reports

Native Python processing and optional AI review remain on protected hosted infrastructure.

01

Two workspaces

Select the analysis around the engineering question.

RoaDRain is developed exclusively as a hosted web app, with both analysis modes available from one public Hydroism subdomain.

Road Drainage

Start from the road alignment.

Define the corridor, prepare terrain, delineate contributing catchments, screen crossings, review the network, and prepare project deliverables.

Watershed Hydrology

Start from outlets or selected areas.

Retain only relevant basins, evaluate event hydrology, compare design rainfall and hydrographs, and export filtered GIS and report outputs.

Portable work

Save projects from the browser.

Road projects use .rdn; Watershed projects use .hdn. Generated GIS, spreadsheets, charts, reports, and packages remain downloadable.

02

Hosted Beta

One public address for both engineering modes.

The public gateway, managed native GIS processing, and persistent project storage are connected behind roadrain.hydroism.com.

03

Browser project journey

Open, analyse, review, and save.

Commercial access, subscriptions, and any future usage limits will be designed separately after the hosted workflow is stable.

  1. 01

    Open the hosted workspace

Visit the dedicated RoaDRain subdomain in a current laptop or tablet browser.

  2. 02

    Choose Road or Watershed

Switch between the two modules from the unified application header.

  3. 03

    Run and review the analysis

Supply project inputs, inspect terrain and hydrology results, and apply engineering judgement before accepting outputs.

  4. 04

    Save the project and deliverables

Download the correct project file and technical outputs through the browser.

Deployment status

Hosted Web App live.
Road + Watershed connected.

The Hydroism-aligned interface, both engineering modules, managed processing container, persistent project storage, and protected edge-to-origin routing are active. Commercial access and optional AI review will be developed separately after the hosted workflow is validated.
